Josuli operates from Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Your data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.
A. For Australian Users (APP 8 Notice): We are likely to disclose your personal information to overseas recipients located in Mexico and the United States (for cloud hosting). By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information to these overseas recipients. You acknowledge that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 (which requires us to ensure the recipient does not breach the APPs) will not apply to the disclosure.
B. For Canadian Users: Your data may be stored on servers located in the United States and Mexico and may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities in those jurisdictions.
5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA
We may share your personal data with:
- Service Providers: Companies that provide IT and system administration services (e.g., Dropbox for file uploads, Stripe/PayPal for payments).

C. Rights for California Residents (CCPA):

- Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal data for money. However, we may share data with advertising partners. You have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.

7. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.
- Retention Period: We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Artwork Files: Client artwork files are retained for 2 years for re-order convenience, after which they may be deleted unless otherwise agreed.
